We operate in short feedback loops, support one another without ego, and are deeply motivated by the opportunity to build foundational infrastructure for the future of money.   JOB SUMMARY   The DevOps Engineer will partner closely with development teams to operationalize and standardize software delivery pipelines. This role involves ownership of our infrastructure-as-code library, with a focus on improving automation, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and Kubernetes-based deployments. The engineer will be a primary builder of internal pipelines and tooling that support reliable and scalable software delivery.   BASIC QUALIFICATIONS  

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong programming experience in TypeScript.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi, AWS CDK, or other CDKs).
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS required, GCP/Azure a plus).
• Kubernetes expertise (designing, deploying, and scaling workloads).
• Familiarity with GitOps practices and tools (e.g., ArgoCD, FluxCD).
• Mindset for eliminating toil through automation for yourself and others.

  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS  

• Strong AWS networking expertise.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines at scale.
• Familiarity with modern cloud-native tooling beyond legacy platforms 
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering and product teams.
• Demonstrated ability to improve developer velocity through automation.
