- Adherence to Standards: Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of quality in all customer interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Proficiency with computers and comfort using various software applications, including CRM systems.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- A reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace free from distractions, and a dedicated computer and headset.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
