We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base, primarily in the United States, with potential expansion into European markets. Our company focuses on delivering high-quality Custom Software Development and outsourcing services, building long-term partnerships with clients across industries.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities. This is a results-driven role requiring strong knowledge of IT services sales and proven expertise in international business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new clients in the U.S. and European markets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for custom software development and outsourcing services.
  • Conduct market research to identify prospects, leads, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and tailored proposals.
  • Negotiate agreements that ensure both client satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams to align services with client needs.
  • Track sales performance, provide insights, and report progress to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of proven experience in business development / IT sales.
  • Strong track record of acquiring new clients in outsourcing or custom software development.
  • Experience with the U.S. market (must-have); European markets experience is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of IT services sales cycles and engagement models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
  • English – Upper-Intermediate or higher (mandatory).
