Software Engineer - Palantir Foundry Specialist

Metova is seeking a talented Software Engineer – Palantir Foundry Specialist who is passionate about building and optimizing data integration and analysis tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on utilizing Palantir Foundry to develop solutions that support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop applications using Palantir Foundry to facilitate data integration and analysis.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and product managers to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement data pipelines and workflows that ensure high-quality data is available for analysis.
• Optimize existing data workflows and applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in design and code reviews, advocating for best practices in software development.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in production applications and provide timely resolutions.
• Stay current with new features and enhancements in Palantir Foundry and evaluate how they can benefit the team's work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Mandatory Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry or similar data integration/analysis platforms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
