About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Data, Models, and Decisions (DMD), you will be an integral part of a dynamic team that is passionate about leveraging data science and engineering to operationalize data across the organization. As a seasoned Data Analyst, you will work in a staggered shift to ensure seamless collaboration with the US EST time zone, driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced data visualization and AI techniques to uncover actionable insights for business users, driving informed decision-making and strategic growth.
• Solve complex data problems, applying statistical analysis to forecast trends and identify areas of opportunity.
• Participate in all stages of the data lifecycle, from requirement gathering to interpretation, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using PowerBI (preferred) or other data visualization tools, providing stakeholders with real-time insights and business performance metrics.
• Design and implement complex data models and architectures, navigating intricate and disconnected data landscapes with ease.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling narratives.

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of creating dashboards and reports that drive business insights.
• 2+ years of experience in writing advanced SQL queries, with a strong understanding of data modeling and database architecture.
• 1+ year of experience in Python, with a good working knowledge of pandas and matplotlib.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or another quantitative field, demonstrating a strong foundation in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of sales pipeline, marketing funnel, and accounting functions, with the ability to analyze data from multiple perspectives.
