Senior Data Analyst – Endorser Tasks Capability

Our Immediate to Shopper group is responsible for overseeing the Hulu and Disney+ streaming services, and we're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Endorser Tasks capability, you'll play a critical role in helping us understand our subscribers and deliver personalized experiences that exceed their expectations.

About the Role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions and drive growth. You'll work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure accurate delivery of membership change notifications, including price increases, subscriber agreements, and new data collection. You'll also identify subscribers impacted by episodes requiring important and lawful remediations, and collaborate with our occurrence management, Business Operations, and trade designing teams to ensure the integrity of our subscriber data and provide discounts when required.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and analyze data related to subscriber informing drives, including cost increases, subscriber agreements, and new data collection

• Develop queries based on required business logic, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise subscribers for informing and remediation
• Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners
• Develop a deep understanding of subscriber data and the technical framework that underlies it
• Manage project planning and timelines and ensure cross-functional delivery to prepare for significant business events
• Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks
• Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering to design robust reporting solutions that minimize data errors

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline

• 2+ years of analytical experience
• Proven ability to communicate technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences
• Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
• Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills

* Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis)

• Postgraduate education
• Knowledge of Wind current
