Job Summary: Data Entry Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting client information into various software systems, creating and managing spreadsheets, and processing data with precision and speed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Input client information into multiple software systems with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Create, manage, and maintain spreadsheets using Google Suite (docs, sheets, and slides) and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Retrieve and process various types of data in a timely and precise manner.
  • Collaborate with team members through remote chats and virtual meetings.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed as a Data Entry Specialist with ApplicantPro, you will need:
