Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Assistant located in Buna, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Assistant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks including supporting the team with promotional product coordination, customer interaction, managing artwork design projects, and ensuring timely delivery of printed materials. Additional responsibilities may include general office duties, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized records of promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Customer Interaction and Coordination skills
- Experience in Artwork Design and managing design projects
- Organizational skills for managing promotional campaigns
- Basic Office Skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
- Previous experience in marketing or promotional products industry is beneficial
