• This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated social worker to join our team as an Advanced Practitioner.

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of social work principles and practices, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of children, young people, and families.

As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues, developing and implementing service plans, and ensuring that our services are responsive to the needs of our clients.
